RETURN POLICY

Customers may request a return within 7 days of receiving the product if the item is damaged, defective, or incorrect.

Returned items must be unused, unwashed, and in their original condition with all tags and packaging intact.

REFUND POLICY

Once the returned item is received and inspected, eligible refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days to the original payment method.

Non-Returnable Items:
Used products, damaged items caused by misuse, and customized products are not eligible for returns or refunds.

ORDER CANCELLATION

Orders can be cancelled before shipment. Once shipped, cancellation requests may not be accepted.
